All these Skins and Artworks are created directly here in the Circus Office. It's all created for you and absolutely free.
We would like you to know that claiming our Skins or Artowrks as your own; or removing the credit we "require", is illegal according to whatiscopyright.org.

Overall... here's the rules we want you to obey in exchange of using our creations:

1. Do NOT remove the link to SkinCircus.com.
   You can edit the layout to your liking but without removing the link, credit, button, etc.
   
   
2. Do NOT upload our skins to any "web layout sharing" website.
   
   
3. Do NOT think of using our Stuff and claiming that they are yours.
   All those Skins are created with Artists permissions and are all copyrighted to those respected owners.
